Remarks: |
The above specifications are based on factory standard specifications, customized designs are available subject to confirmation. |
The response time is 10ms to 40ms, which can effectively capture and compensate for voltage drop events lasting from tens to hundreds of milliseconds. For devices such as servo drives, PLCs, and frequency converters, completing compensation within this time window means that the equipment will not trigger under-voltage protection and the production line will not be interrupted.
Rated capacity is 200KVA, output current is 304A, which can meet the voltage stabilization requirements of a medium-sized automated production line or the total incoming line of a workshop. Avoiding the complex configuration of multiple small-capacity voltage stabilizers in parallel, it realizes "one point governance, all benefits of the line".
Using a DSP computing chip combined with an SCR contactless switch, the voltage stabilization accuracy is ±1%, and the response speed is 30 to 50 times that of traditional servo systems. At the same time, there is no mechanical wear, ensuring consistent performance over a long period of use.
Compared to traditional servo-type voltage stabilizers with an efficiency of approximately 96%, SBWZ 3 Phase 200KVA SCR Static AVR can save approximately 6,000 to 8,000 kWh of electricity per year for the factory (calculated based on an average load rate of 70%), directly reducing production costs.
The entire machine has no carbon brushes, servo motors, or other mechanical vulnerable parts. For production lines with frequent startups and load changes (such as stamping lines, injection molding machine groups), SBWZ-200KVA demonstrates far greater reliability and lifespan than traditional voltage stabilizers.
Supports user programming to set overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection thresholds. Standard RS485 communication interface (Modbus-RTU), can be connected to the workshop MES system or SCADA system, enabling remote monitoring, fault alarms, and power data collection.
1. Complete vehicle and component manufacturing: Provide line-level voltage stabilization protection for PLCs, robots, and servo systems in stamping lines, welding lines, painting lines, and assembly lines, ensuring production rhythm and body accuracy.
2. Household appliances and electronic product manufacturing: Use for total incoming line voltage stabilization in injection molding machines, SMT soldering lines, and automated assembly lines, eliminating equipment alarms and batch defective products caused by voltage fluctuations.
3. Food and beverage as well as packaging industry: Provide stable power supply for control systems of filling machines, sealing machines, packaging lines, and stacker robots, avoiding packaging defects and production line shutdowns due to voltage issues.
4. Lithium battery and photovoltaic manufacturing: Provide high-precision voltage stabilization power supply for precision manufacturing equipment such as lithium battery winding machines, laminating machines, and photovoltaic component laminating machines, ensuring product consistency and yield rate.
5. Metal processing and heavy machinery: Suitable for centralized power supply of large CNC machine groups, laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, etc., with high-power processing equipment.
Servo motor-based regulators require hundreds of milliseconds or even several seconds to complete the mechanical movement of carbon brushes. For "power fluctuations" events that last only tens to hundreds of milliseconds, traditional voltage regulators often fail to respond before the load equipment trips and stops. The electronic regulation method of 3 Phase 200KVA SCR Static AVR can precisely capture and compensate for each transient voltage event.
In industries such as automotive manufacturing, household appliance production, and electronic assembly that require continuous production, SBWZ-200KVA has been proven to reduce unplanned shutdowns due to voltage issues by more than 80%. Based on an estimate that a medium-sized production line loses approximately 500,000 to 1 million yuan annually due to "power fluctuations", the investment recovery period of SBWZ-200KVA is typically 6 to 12 months.
"Power fluctuation" is a common term in the industrial field for voltage sag, referring to the phenomenon where the grid voltage drops to 50% - 90% of the rated value within a short period of time (from tens of milliseconds to several hundred milliseconds), and then returns. SBWZ-200KVA employs DSP + SCR all-electronic compensation technology, with a response time of 10ms - 40ms - much faster than the typical duration of power fluctuations - and can continuously perform dynamic compensation during voltage drops, maintaining the output voltage stable and ensuring that downstream equipment does not trip due to insufficient voltage.
200KVA capacity (three-phase 380V, rated current 304A) can cover a total load of approximately 160KW (calculated based on a power factor of 0.8). Typical application scenarios include: a medium-sized stamping line (6 robots + 3 presses + conveying system), or 10 - 15 injection molding machines (150 - 200 ton class), or a SMT soldering line (3 soldering machines + reflow soldering + printing machine + conveying system). For specific selection, please provide a load list, and we will calculate it for you.
The working temperature range of SBWZ-200KVA is -5℃ to 40℃, and the relative humidity is less than 90%. The cabinet protection level standard is IP20 (preventing objects with a diameter greater than 12mm from entering), and it can be upgraded to IP30 (dust-proof) or higher through customization. For workshop environments, it is recommended that the equipment be installed in a separate distribution room or electrical control room to avoid direct exposure to dust, oil mist, and spray.
No. SBWZ-200KVA does not generate harmonics by itself (the output distortion rate is less than 0.1%). When a frequency converter is connected to the downstream, the stabilizer acts as an "isolation layer" inserted between the power grid and the frequency converter, which can instead reduce the reverse pollution of harmonics generated by the frequency converter to the power grid. We recommend installing an input reactor at the front end of the frequency converter to further optimize the system compatibility.
3 Phase 200KVA SCR Static AVR is equipped with a standard RS485 communication interface and supports the Modbus-RTU protocol. By connecting through standard communication cables to the workshop industrial Ethernet gateway or PLC controller, real-time reading of the input/output voltage, current, load rate, temperature, alarm status, etc. of the equipment can be achieved on the MES/SCADA platform. We can provide detailed communication protocol documents and technical support.
