The foundation of modern digital economy is data centers and communication networks. The servers, switches, and storage devices of these facilities have extremely strict requirements for power quality. According to the statistics of Uptime Institute, over 40% of data center outages are directly related to power quality issues, and a significant portion of these are not complete power failures but are caused by voltage sags, flickers, or harmonic interference that trigger protective shutdowns of equipment.
The 3 Phase 100KVA SCR Static AVR was designed with this type of "non-power outage supply interruption" as its core target. It uses DSP high-speed computing chips and fast AC sampling technology to monitor every subtle change in the input voltage in real time. When a voltage fluctuation occurs, the control system completes deviation calculation within microseconds and drives the SCR module to perform contactless compensation and switching at the zero-crossing point of the current, restoring the output voltage to the set value within 10ms to 40ms.

The entire 3 Phase 100KVA SCR Static AVR has no any mechanical moving parts, completely eliminating carbon brush wear, poor contact, and spark generation hazards. For data centers operating 24/7 without interruption, "maintenance-free" means no need to schedule downtime for maintenance and no need to store spare parts that are prone to failure.
In terms of intelligent management, SBWZ-100KVA is equipped with comprehensive programmable settings and RS485 communication interfaces. Maintenance personnel can remotely view three-phase voltage, current, power, and equipment operation status in the control room and set overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection thresholds.
When there is an abnormal trend in power quality, the system can issue an early warning, achieving an upgrade from "passive repair" to "active prevention" in the operation mode.
The response time is 10ms to 40ms (adjustable), and it can complete the adjustment within the first cycle of the grid voltage fluctuation. For IT loads such as servers, switches, and storage devices that are sensitive to voltage transients, this speed is sufficient to complete compensation within the power supply tolerance window, ensuring that business does not interrupt.
Phase voltage accuracy ±1%, line voltage accuracy ±1.5%, far superior to the ±3% of traditional servo-type voltage stabilizers. High-precision voltage stabilization can effectively reduce the adjustment burden of server power supplies, extend the service life of power modules, and reduce the overall failure rate.
SCR modules are used to replace traditional carbon brushes and servo motors, eliminating any mechanical moving parts in the entire machine. There are no issues such as carbon brush wear, spark generation, or regular replacement, making 3 Phase 100KVA SCR Static AVR particularly suitable for critical mission sites where regular maintenance shutdowns are not feasible.
The use of high-efficiency isolation transformers and low-conduction-loss SCR modules results in an overall efficiency of ≥ 99%. Calculated based on a 100KVA capacity and 8760 hours of operation per year, compared to traditional servo-type voltage stabilizers (efficiency 96%), it can save approximately 3,000 to 4,000 kWh per year, significantly reducing operating costs (TCO).
Output waveform distortion rate < 0.1%, no incremental harmonics. The voltage stabilizer itself does not introduce any interference to the power grid, meeting the strict requirements of data centers for electromagnetic environment (EMC).
Supports users to set overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent protection thresholds and voltage stabilization accuracy. Standard RS485 communication interface (Modbus-RTU protocol) is provided, which can be connected to DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management System) or power environment monitoring systems to achieve remote centralized management.
1. Data centers and cloud computing nodes: Provide high-speed voltage stabilization protection for server cabinets, precision air conditioners, and UPS front-end in IDC computer rooms, eliminating the risk of server restarts caused by voltage sags.
2. Communication core network and 5G hubs: Used for switch power supplies at provincial communication hubs, 5G core network computer rooms, and metropolitan area network convergence nodes, ensuring that communication equipment does not go offline due to voltage fluctuations.
3. Financial transaction systems: Provide "zero flash outage" level power supply guarantees for trading servers and network equipment in stock exchanges and bank data centers, ensuring the integrity of transaction data and business continuity.
4. Radio and television broadcasting control centers: Used for broadcasting control equipment in TV broadcasting systems, satellite uplink stations, and radio and television network computer rooms, avoiding broadcast accidents caused by power supply issues.
5. Precision detection equipment in high-end manufacturing: Provide pure voltage-stabilized power supplies for equipment that are extremely sensitive to voltage fluctuations, such as semiconductor wafer inspection equipment, optical measuring instruments, and three-coordinate measuring machines.

OK. According to the standard IT equipment power supply specification, the power supply for servers usually requires a hold-up time of no less than 10ms. The SBWZ-100KVA can complete voltage compensation within 10ms at the fastest. In most grid fluctuation scenarios, the server's own power supply does not even activate the backup energy storage, achieving true "unperceived" voltage stabilization.
The two are complementary rather than substitutive. UPS solves the problem of "power outage" (by supplying power through batteries), while the SBWZ voltage stabilizer solves the problem of "unstable voltage". For scenarios with frequent voltage fluctuations but rarely complete power outages, using a stabilizer alone can significantly improve power supply quality; for scenarios requiring comprehensive protection, it is recommended to deploy the SBWZ voltage stabilizer in front of the UPS, which can reduce the frequent switching of UPS to battery mode due to voltage fluctuations, and extend the battery life.
This efficiency value is based on full-load operation testing. With a 100KVA load and 99% efficiency, the equipment's own loss is approximately 1KW; if using a traditional servo-type voltage stabilizer (with 96% efficiency), the loss is approximately 4KW. With an industrial electricity price of 0.7 yuan per kilowatt-hour and 8760 hours per year, the SBWZ-100KVA can save approximately (4-1) × 8760 × 0.7 ≈ 18,396 yuan in electricity costs per year. This can be recovered within three years of the equipment's premium cost.
The SBWZ-100KVA uses intelligent temperature control forced air cooling, with inlet and outlet air vents located on the front and rear sides of the cabinet. It is recommended that the ambient temperature of the installation space be controlled between -5℃ and 40℃, with a relative humidity of less than 90%. For equipment installed in data centers or communication rooms, the air conditioning environment of the room fully meets the requirements; for equipment installed in ordinary power distribution rooms, ensuring good ventilation is sufficient.
